My Story
I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a particular interest in Foot and Ankle surgery, Lower Limb Deformity Correction/Reconstruction as well as Trauma Surgery for both the Upper and Lower Limbs. I always strive to put my patients first, and am passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care. For my patients i always hold myself to what i call "the family standard" - to deliver the same level of compassionate, easy-to-understand, and well-executed care that I would be happy to provide to a loved one.
Having been born and raised in Sydney, I completed high school at Sydney Boys High before completing my Medical Degree (MBBS with Dean's Medal) through the University of Western Sydney. I then expanded on my passion for learning and the delivery of high-quality healthcare by completing a Diploma in Applied Anatomy by Dissection (GDAAD) through the University of New England in 2015, a Master of Public Health through the University of New South Wales in 2016 and then a Master of Surgery focussed on Orthopaedics at the University of Sydney in 2018.
I had the privilege of undertaking my Orthopaedic Specialty training across NSW and the ACT through the Australian Orthopaedic Association. Since completing my Orthopaedic Training, I have further completed Fellowships in Complex Foot and Ankle Reconstruction and Lower Limb Reconstruction in Sydney (Dr Tim O’Carrigan and the Limb Reconstruction Service NSW), a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery through the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford, UK (Mr Richard Brown and Mr Robert Sharp) and attended other international observerships and courses in Capetown (South Africa), Basel (Switzerland) and Baltimore (USA) focussed on Lower Limb Reconstructive Procedures. My passion for learning new techniques will continue to take me far and wide.

Outside of the office/operating room, I am a lucky husband and father who enjoys playing sport and exploring the outdoors.
